I’m a licensed professional counselor committed to helping teens and adults learn how to overcome emotional and behavioral challenges like anxiety and depression. My work focuses on teaching clients how to regulate strong emotions while addressing the core of painful past experiences. My toolbox of training and certification affords me the ability to use EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), EFT ( Emotional Freedom Techniques), IFS (Internal Family Systems) and several other strategies to help clients find JOY in their journey.
